1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
After processing, delivery usually takes 6–11 business days, depending on your location.

Yes. You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

5. Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customer-paid: Returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or preference

  • Dometir-paid: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect


6. How do I start a return?

Simply email us at info@dometir.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will provide you with return instructions.

⚠️ Returns must be pre-authorized to be processed.


7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Funds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at info@dometir.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at info@dometir.com.
If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.

No. Dometir is an online-only store, which allows us to offer competitive prices and ship directly to our customers.
